We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping to all customers in Australia and New Zealand.
For other countries (United Kingdom, United States, and Canada), a flat shipping fee of $5.35 USD will apply per order.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Transit Time
Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 9 business days.
Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or transportation issues.

Missing Items
Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via support@everstridesock.store
Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or issue a refund.
Return Policy
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.
